Everything comes from us: sturdy cartons, dish-pack barrels for kitchens, wardrobe boxes that keep hanging clothes on the rail, and the paper, bubble and tape to do it right. Fragile and high-value pieces — stemware, framed art, the mirror over the mantel — get custom-protected, not just dropped in a box with a sheet of newsprint. Packing runs on the same clock as your move, $145/hr for two movers or $195/hr for three, so you’re never paying a premium just because it’s packing.
You decide how much we do:
- Full pack — every room boxed, labeled and inventoried the day before the move
- Partial pack — kitchen, china cabinet, art and other breakables only, you handle the easy stuff
- Fragile-only — we pack what’s irreplaceable and you save on the rest
- Unpack and haul-away — boxes opened, contents placed, and the empties carried off
Every carton gets a room label so unpacking in the new house is orderly instead of an afternoon spent opening mystery boxes to find the coffee maker. Timing matters as much as materials — for a full house we usually pack the day before so the truck loads clean and moving day stays on schedule, and a small apartment can be packed and moved the same morning. When our crew packs a box, it travels under your move’s coverage — $0.60/lb released value standard, full-value protection available, up to $1,000,000 cargo coverage per shipment. How the price gets set
We give you one flat rate on paper after a short walkthrough or video estimate, drawn from the inventory you actually have rather than a clock running by the hour. The price on the sheet is the whole price, with nothing tacked on later.
