Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of premiermoversllc.net and any moving services you book with Premier Movers, a licensed Pennsylvania moving company based in Wayne, PA. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and binding quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide — home size, location, access, floor, and inventory. The flat rate we put in writing is binding for the move as described, provided the actual conditions match what you told us. If the scope changes materially on move day — significantly more items, an added stop, or access that was not disclosed — we will discuss any adjustment before proceeding.
Deposit and booking
A $150 deposit reserves your date and crew. The deposit is credited toward your final bill. It secures the scheduling commitment on both sides and is handled as described in our cancellation terms below.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible so we can release the date. Reasonable-notice cancellations may have the deposit applied to a rescheduled date. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit, since the crew and truck were held for your job.
Valuation and claims
Released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound is included as standard, and full-value protection is available on request. Shipments are covered up to $1,000,000 in cargo protection. Any claim for loss or damage should be reported to our office promptly and in writing so we can inspect and resolve it.
Liability
Premier Movers is not liable for items not disclosed at the time of the quote, for damage to goods packed by the customer, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control. Certain hazardous, perishable, or high-value items cannot be transported on our trucks; we will identify these before move day.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our household-goods moves operate under Pennsylvania PUC authority, and interstate moves operate under our federal USDOT and MC authority.
